New 2013 & 2014 SRT Viper, Viper GTS, Viper GTS-R and Viper TA: "Return of the Snake"!

The refreshed and restyled new Chrysler "Dodge" Viper super muscle-car now comes in two trim levels, the base SRT Viper, and the SRT Viper GTS; both available with the Track Pack, and ranked among the most powerful supercars in the world. There is also a specialty SRT Viper GTS-R race car. 2013 is the starting point for new model 5th generation (gen V or fifth gen) Viper.

2013 SRT Viper summary: The Chrysler "Dodge" 2013 SRT Viper 2-passenger coupe includes an 8.4-liter 640-horsepower naturally aspirated 20-valve front-engine rear wheel drive V-10 connected to a 6-speed manual electronic 1-4 skip-shift transmission. Chrysler Group LLC is marketing the 2013, and up, Viper as the "SRT" Viper, whereas earlier models were commonly referred to as Chrysler or Dodge Vipers, according to what side of the pond you're on. Simply put, the new 2013 Viper is not a Dodge anymore, it's an SRT, a Chrysler SRT, a Chrysler SRT Viper to be exact. The 300 SRT8 is also a Chrysler; a Chrysler Chrysler actually. The Grand Cherokee SRT8 is a Chrysler Jeep. The Challenger and Charger SRT's are still Chrysler Dodge. Chrysler SRT works with many changing identities including FIAT and MOPAR.
